Welcome to NIP
The Nirmaan Integrated Platform (NIP) is an internal portal built for Nirmaan, an NGO that manages social-impact project requests from partner organizations, government bodies, corporates, and individuals.
NIP streamlines the entire lifecycle of a project request — from initial intake to final MoU signing — through a structured 7-step workflow with role-based access control.
What can you do with NIP?

| Dashboard | View statistics, RAG aging buckets, charts, recent activity, and workflow distribution |
| Project Requests | Create, review, filter, bulk-upload, and manage incoming project requests |
| 7-Step Workflow | Track requests through manager assignment, meetings, team decisions, proposals, donor meetings, MOU and sign-off |
| RACI Module | Manage internal projects and tasks using a Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed matrix |
| Notifications | In-app notification centre plus configurable email, SMS, and push delivery |
| User Management | Create users, assign roles, manage teams and departments |
| Settings | Configure RAG/SLA defaults, departments, focus areas, team members, and notification preferences |
